"Fitness is all about having FUN. It should be an adventure that brings joy and leaves you feeling energized."
I have enjoyed being a student of group exercise classes for 30+ years, from Jazzercise to Step Aerobics to Kick Boxing to Spin and everything else in between. But it wasn't until "Zumba" that I was inspired enough to take it a step further. I was hooked. In 2011 I became a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor. Zumba combines dance and fitness moves with Latin based & International music but also includes all genres from oldies to today's hits. Zumba has several formats so it can include all ages and fitness levels. I am licensed in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Toning and Zumba Kids. It's a fun way to burn calories and stay in shape!

Reggie Townley, ERYT 200, RYT 500 teaches Vinyasa Krama Yoga in the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar lineage. His yoga is heavily influenced by the work of Erich Schiffmann, through Reggie’s main teacher, Debbi Murphy, and his meditation practice and teachings are deeply inspired by the work of Ram Dass. Other teacher of yoga and meditation who have made a profound impact are Jo Tastula, Brittany McConnell, Julian Walker, and Anam Thubten Rinpoche. Reggie first encountered yoga and meditation in 1997, and is a student and teacher of Aikido, a nonviolent martial art, which informs his yoga teaching and practice. Reggie also holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Boise State University.
Reggie’s classes focus on breath driven movement as a vehicle for deep inquiry, and encourage an exploration of asana, pranayama, and meditation through each individual’s inner awareness. By allowing the poses to ride on the breath, the practitioner is able to taste the true fruit of the practice, while exploring movement and alignment safely, starting with one’s current state of being as the medium for growth, healing, and understanding. Each class integrates meditation and breath-work as the gateway and destination of the practice. Reggie’s intention is that each student has the opportunity to delight in their inmost essence, their true nature as pure loving awareness.
