BRSC offers a variety of group fitness classes led by certified instructors with over 100 years of collective experience!

Class Descriptions

  • Agility - This 30-minute class is designed to help improve your foot speed and coordination. Efforts are timed, and everyone works at their own pace!
  • Athletic Strength - This class features 4 blocks of work focused on different components of athletic strength and stamina. All work is timed so you can work at your own level and pace in every class.
  • Barre - You’re going to love this low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training.
  • Cardio Dance - Let the fun moves and upbeat tunes fill your soul while you dance all your worries away. Enjoy choreography from a variety of dance styles that will make you want to forget the work and just work it out!
  • Core Blast - More than an ab workout, this 30-minute class is designed to work your legs, glutes, and balance. Challenge your core in 360 degrees.
  • Foam Rolling - Sore muscles? Lack of flexibility? Aching shoulders or hips? This 30-minute class can help release tightness which may reduce injuries and improve flexibility, mobility, and athletic performance.
  • Gentle Yoga - Gently move through balance, strength, flexibility poses in a non-competitive atmosphere. The pace is slow, and the options are plentiful. All levels welcome.
  • Pilates - This class is designed to increase flexibility and muscular strength/endurance. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.
  • Senior Fitness - Low-impact strength and cardio intervals set to the beat of your favorite golden oldies. Staying on the beat is optional, having fun is not!
  • Sports Conditioning - Prepare to bring out your inner athlete. This workout combines high-intensity interval training, boot camp-style circuits, athletic cardio drills, and creative strength training to push you to new heights and improve your overall fitness. Every class is a new challenge.
  • Strength - Guided full-body strength workout that is sure to keep you focused and challenged.
  • Total Tabata - This 30-minute class may feature weighted, bodyweight, full-body, upper/lower body, core, cardio, or agility movements. 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest!
  • Upper Body - Push, pull, and press your way to a strong upper body with weighted and bodyweight strength exercises designed to enhance upper body endurance.
  • Weight Room Circuit - LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. This 60-minute circuit class is held in the back corner of the weight room. Whether you love the weight room, you’ve never been in the weight room, or you are unsure of how to maximize your time in the weight room, this class is for you. Space is limited to 8 participants, so don’t be late!
  • Yochi - Gentle yoga and balance-based meditative flow performed standing or using a chair. Improve your flexibility, range of motion, and balance.
  • Yoga - Yoga blends balance, strength, and flexibility poses in a non-competitive atmosphere. Enhances energy and well-being. All levels welcome.
