About Danica

Danica is the Fitness Director at BRSC, leading classes, conducting personal training sessions, and shaping the fitness program. She has worked in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and can teach an extremely wide array of group fitness classes including yoga, strength training, pilates, senior fitness, cardio, interval training, circuit training, dance, step, kickboxing, TRX, bootcamp, and functional training. Prior to joining BRSC, she worked as a master trainer and content manager for an international fitness company, and still does fitness content editing and leads instructor training workshops for multiple fitness brands. Danica holds more than 15 group fitness certifications and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Outside of the gym, Danica loves to explore the outdoors by hiking, kayaking, biking, running, or any other mode available.

About Christine

Christine has been teaching group fitness classes for more than 30 years. Outside of her classes at BRSC, she also works as a Health and Wellbeing Director. She began her career teaching step and cardio classes in Canada and Italy. She has received certifications in Cardio Step Together, Strength Train Together, Cycle Together, TRX, CrossFit, and ACE personal training in addition to completing a degree in Sport Administration with a major in Fitness. Wellness and Fitness are part of Christine’s daily life, and it is her pleasure to see members incorporate their fitness goals into their daily lives as well.

About Michelle

Michelle has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years; after working with a personal trainer herself, she found a passion for helping others. She enjoys personal training to help individuals meet their goals as well as teaching classes and building community. Some of her favorite classes include yoga, TRX and Tia Chi. Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, YogaFit, TRX, Mossa Group Power, Moving for Better Balance Tai Chi, Cancer Exercise Specialist, LiveSTRONG at the YMCA, Barre Above, Insanity, CPR and AED.

About Melissa

Melissa has been teaching group fitness classes and providing personal training in the Boise area for more than 20 years. In addition to completing a master’s program in Kinesiology, she is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor, an Aquatic Training Specialist for the Aquatic Exercise Association, and an American Council on Exercise fitness professional. She has experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Melissa combines her extensive education and experience with an intuitive understanding of individual needs. She believes that with commitment, passion, and belief in one's dreams, anything is possible.

About Haley

Haley has been teaching group fitness classes around the Treasure Valley for over nine years. She was raised in Boise and graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Food Science with a focus on Nutrition. She is an American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor and also a 200 hour RYT yoga instructor. Haley has taught a little bit of everything but really loves Barre and strength training. When not in the studio Haley loves swimming, skiing, hiking and trying to play tennis with her husband.
